Cluster processing of the components is conducted as follows:

1 Solids components such as coal, peat, bio-products are ground to a size of µm and mixed with an aqueous solution until fluid.

H-Series cage mills can handle up to 240 tons per hour and are reversible for extended wear life. The H-Series cage mill is engineered and constructed to operate at or near-peak efficiency longer, providing a greater return on capital investment over its life than competing equipment.

2 –  Bio-coal solution is fed into a blender with high rotations where it is homogenized and pre-dosed oil is added thereto, which ensures fluidity and viscosity of the substance.

3 – Resulting homogeneous viscous mixture is “simbulated” and ionized in the destructive chamber, and then discharged to the storage tank for the finished cluster fuel “Carbionic.”

The process of obtaining stable liquid hydrocarbon fuel from the mixture of possible components such as coal, oil, peat, organic hydrocarbon solutions that includes mixing the crushed solid carbon-containing components with an aqueous organic solution, the metered addition of the oil and the other reagents, characterized in that the stabilization fuel carried physical process “simbulation”, breakdown of molecule with ionization and formation of monopolar hydrocarbon clusters, stablemolecular ofhydrocarbon cluster fuel “Carbionic.”

– This objective is also achieved by initial determination of the composition of the components using equilibrium chemical calculations and atomic weights of elements.
– This objective is also achieved by grinding solids and preparation of the coal solution by the mixture dispersion.
– This objective is also achieved by adding pre-dosed oil to the coal solution and homogenizing the mixture for proper viscosity.
– This objective is also achieved bysimbulation of the homogeneous viscous mixture for molecular breakdown with ionization and restructuring, resulting in stable cluster fuel.

Features of the proposed process of the present invention are the use of new physical “simbulation” restructuring of molecules in a mixture into hydrocarbon clusters with ionization for fuel stabilization when preparing stable water-hydrocarbon fuel from the mixture of hydrocarbon components, instead of expensive chemical dispersants–anionic surfactant and stabilizer –non-ionic surfactant, which results in stable hydrocarbon cluster fuel.

In addition to the advantages of of fuel “Сarbioniс” refers cleanliness of combustion. Сarbioniс contains a lot of oxygen, it gives a high efficiency and a clean environment.
